Junin Sarmiento
Owner
Junin Sarmiento is the proud owner of The Sarmiento Agency, an insurance agency built on trust, integrity, and a true commitment to helping families protect what matters most.
Originally from Venezuela, Junin has called the Atlanta area home since 2004. Her journey in the insurance industry began in 2010, driven by a genuine passion for helping people understand their options and feel confident about their protection.
With more than 15 years of experience, Junin founded The Sarmiento Agency in 2018 with the vision of creating a welcoming, reliable, and service-focused agency where every client feels valued. As the agency owner, she leads with compassion, professionalism, and a strong dedication to serving families, individuals, and businesses.
Laurymar Fleire

Laurymar Fleire was born in Venezuela and moved to the United States in 2021 in search of new opportunities. She holds a degree in Social Communication and has a passion for connecting with people and helping them make informed decisions.
Laurymar joined The Sarmiento Agency in January 2023 as a Licensed Sales Professional. She is dedicated to educating and serving the Hispanic community with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care.
Outside of work, Laurymar enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, celebrating her Hispanic roots, and being with her dog, Charlotte. Guided by her faith in God and Jesus Christ, she strives to serve others with gratitude, empathy, and purpose.
Sallit Mendoza

Sallit Mendoza was born in Venezuela, where she studied Social Communication with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations. She moved to the United States in 2016 to reunite with her husband and start a new chapter with her family.
She joined The Sarmiento Agency in August 2023 as a Licensed Sales Professional. Sallit enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance protection with clear, personalized guidance. She is passionate about making the insurance process simple, comfortable, and easy to understand for every family she serves.
Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, who are her greatest inspiration.
Victor Ochoa
Agency Operations Specialist

Victor Ochoa was born in Venezuela and lived in Peru before moving to the United States with his family in 1999. After spending time in Miami, he settled in the Atlanta area at the age of eight, a place he now proudly calls home.
A 2023 Political Science graduate, Victor brings an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he enjoys supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
Victor joined The Sarmiento Agency in May 2025 as an Agency Operations Specialist and Licensed Sales Professional. In his role, he helps improve daily operations, support the team, and ensure clients receive efficient, professional service.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys staying active, playing competitive Ultimate Frisbee, exercising, and spending time with friends.
Jesmary Mendoza
Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist

Jesmary Mendoza was born in Venezuela, where she studied Law and Marketing and developed a strong foundation in client service, communication, and professional relationships.
Before moving to the United States, she worked as an insurance producer, gaining valuable industry experience and a passion for helping families protect what matters most.
Jesmary joined The Sarmiento Agency in January 2026 as a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist and Licensed Insurance Agent. She helps guide clients through their first steps with the agency, ensuring a clear, efficient, and personalized experience.
Outside of work, Jesmary enjoys traveling, spending time with her nieces, and attending soccer games.
